Fans were likely confused regarding its absence from the full version ofModern Warfare 2, as no official reason was given for its removal. Modern Warfare 2andWarzone 2are currently in Season 1 Reloaded, with Season 2 launching on February 15. Season 2 was originally supposed to come out at the beginning of February, but Activision delayed it by a couple of weeks. The timing of this tweet possibly hints at the Valderas Museum map coming back in Season 2, but some users are worried that Activision will consider it to be a new map forModern Warfare 2. A recentleak suggested thatModern Warfare 2will add a variant of the Castle mapfromCall of Duty: World at War, so it’s possible that Season 2 will also feature two previously known maps instead of brand-new levels.
