Call of Dutyleaker @Nanikos recently shared datamined information in the memory dumps ofCall of Duty: Vanguardthat fans should find very interesting. The words “swordtitan” and “aot_titan” were found when digging through the files. That information suggests that anAttack of Titancrossover is on the way, specifically implying that one or moreAttack of Titancharacters could be added to thelist ofCall of Duty: VanguardOperatorsalready in the game. There could also be things such as calling Calling Cards, weapon skins, and other things of that nature.

According to Nanikos, the idea is that the collaboration would go live sometime in December. This part of the leak is pure speculation, but Nanikos has been on target in the past. For now, the idea of anAttack of Titancrossover withCall of Duty: Vanguardshould be taken with a bit of a grain of salt, but seeing the data in-game is certainly a reason to speculate.

Attack on Titanrecently won a culture award, as the manga and anime have had a huge impact around the world. From a pure popularity perspective, having a crossover withCall of DutyandAttack on Titanmakes sense. However, there are not too many times in which a mainly Japanese pop culture property finds its way into something likeCall of Duty(compared to something like Marvel, DC,John Wick,orStar Wars in Fortnite). On top of that,Call of Duty: Vanguardis a World War 2-themed game, so the collaboration with an anime that sees humans fighting off giant monster-like creatures seems almost off-putting. Time will tell if this datamined find is accurate.

Call of Duty: Vanguardis available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
