Call of Duty: WarzoneSeason 3 is set to officially kick off on April 8, and now Activision has pulled the curtain back on what fans can expect.Call of Duty: WarzoneSeason 3 will bring plenty of new content to the table, but arguably the biggest new feature is a brand new mode that will finally increase team size options in the battle royale.

It’s been confirmed thatCall of Duty: WarzoneQuads mode is coming on April 8. The game mode will allow players to compete in the battle royale with teams of four, though it’s unclear at the time of this writing how it will impact the game’s player count. As it stands, theWarzoneplayer count is 150 players, which isn’t a number that’s divisible by four, and so the player count will either need to be decreased or increased to compensate.

Call of Duty: WarzoneQuads will also impactPlunder mode. When playing Plunder Quads,Warzoneplayers will note that they will be able to collect cash at a faster rate thanks to having more players on their team, and they should also be able to complete Contracts faster as well. Overall, this should result in an even faster-paced version of Plunder for fans to try.

Call of Duty: Warzoneis bringing more than just Quads to the table when Season 3 launches on April 8. TheWarzoneSeason 3 traileralso confirms that new vehicles are coming to the battle royale map, plus players will be able to unlock some new weapons in the Season 3 Battle Pass. Overall, it seems likeCall of Duty: Warzonefans will respond well to the Season 3 update. Havingmore team size options inWarzoneis definitely not a bad thing, and it should give players more variety whenever they go to play the mode.
