This week a member of the subreddit shared a creation with the community that completely blew them away. Reddit user Tuckertcs had to create a shader for a Computer Graphics class, and so they decided to make a Game Boy shader forMinecraft.
This shader tries to emulate the original Game Boy’s LCD green graphics, and it’s beautifully replicated. Of course, the shader isn’t going to fit everyone’s preference, but it can give those that had one of these older Game Boys a sense of nostalgia while playingMinecraft. Alternatively, for players that would rather get the game to look like the opposite of this, it’s possible to installa mod that will makeMinecraftlook as realistic as possible.
