The Maid Dress is a Unique follower outfit, meaning the player can obtain only one Maid Dress. They can give it to any follower to wear, and can change which follower is wearing it at any time, but its Unique nature means only one follower can wear the Maid Dress at any given time. How to Get the Maid Dress

In order to unlock the Maid Dress outfit, the player mustclean up 100 piles of poop or puddles of vomit. After completing this grueling task, the player will unlock the Maid Outfit and can craft it at the Tailor.
It’s likely that, as a totally respectable Lamb that would never who would never, ever mistreat their followers, the player hasalready addressed sanitation at their campthrough the use of buildings including Outhouses and Janitor Stations. However, if they want to get their hands on the Maid Dress, it’s time to throw all precaution out the window.

How to Farm Poop and Vomit
Players who want to unlock the Maid Outfit are going to have to let things get messy, there’s no way around it. The Lamb must clean each piece of poop and vomit in order to get credit for unlocking the outfit, so it’s time to remove any buildings currently taking care of this job. Once it’s ensured that any poop and vomit is going to hit the floor, allowing the player to clean it up, it’s time to ramp up production, so to speak.
There are numerous methods players can employ to cause their followers to produce poop and vomit at an expedited rate, and players will likely only want to deal with this filthy chaos for so long. Therefore, it’s recommended to utilize the following strategies to increase the chances of your followers pooping or throwing up, allowing the player to handle it quickly and work toward that 100 cleanup goal.
Remove All Sanitation Buildings
First, be sure to remove any sanitation buildings in your camp. This includes Outhouses, Janitor Stations, andeven the Healing Bay. The player will have to manually remove poop and vomit from their camp, which is exactly what they want. Having all this poop and vomit in your camp can cause other followers who encounter these unpleasantries to vomit as a result, allowing for passive production. Additionally, followers aren’t very keen on the presence of dead bodies, which can also stimulate vomiting.
Feed Followers Basic Berry Bowls
Gather Berries andprepare Basic Berry Bowlsfor your followers. This simple dish has a delightful side effect: “15% chance of the follower pooping instantly.” Each bowl requires 6 Berries to make, and is a great way to stimulate poop production.
Get Your Followers Drunk
Unlock and build the Drinkhouse, a new buildingunlocked using Divine Inspiration, where your followers can drink to their heart’s content. Followers will become Befuddled, increasing their chance of vomiting and making them generally disagreeable and quarrelsome with other followers. Poop Juice is a new drink that can be prepared at the Drinkhouse for followers to enjoy, and has a “75% chance of causing illness and diarrhea.” However, this is not the best use of poop, as it takes 10 poop along with three hops to create. Optimize that poop usage.
Feed Followers Bowls of Poop
You can use poop you’ve swept up to prepare some delicious Bowl of Poop and feed it to your followers. Unsurprisingly, this deplorable dish has a “50% chance of causing illness and diarrhea,” providing even more poop and vomit to clean up. It also has the added benefit of counting toward unlockingthe delightful Poop Follower Form.
