Sewn in Secrecy is a quest inDark and Darkerthat acts as the third part of the Tailor’s Keep It Professional questline. To complete Sewn in Secrecy, players must explore the Blood Platforms, though they may be confused about where to find that location. This guide is here to alleviate that confusion, and it will help fans visit the Blood Platforms location inDark and Darker.
This guide was written duringDark and Darker’s Early Accessperiod. While it is unlikely that the method for finding the Blood Platforms will change dramatically for the game’s full release, some updating may be required.
Dark and Darker: Blood Platforms Location
Players who are attempting to explore the Blood Platforms should begin by initiating an adventure in the Ruins of the Forgotten Castle, as doing so will give them access to the Howling Crypts. Fans will not find the Blood Platforms within the Crypts, though, and they must now focus on descending into Inferno.
The Barracks has a chance to appear within the Howling Crypts, and players who have yet to completeDark and Darker’s Missing Map questmay want to check for that location before they descend.
With respect to how players should go about descending into Inferno, the first step is to locate stairs that are represented as an orange staircase on the mini-map. While the precise positions of those stairs vary across iterations of the Howling Crypts, they frequently spawn near the center of the map, and fans should work toward that position.
After locating an orange staircase, fans ofdungeon crawlersmust simply wait for it to become accessible. This occurs near the end of a match, at which point the gate that blocks the stairs will rise and the flanking torches will become illuminated.
Upon entering Inferno, players should take a moment to confirm that they have reached an iteration of the map with the Blood Platforms. Indeed, the Blood Platforms spawn in only two of the three possible versions of Inferno, and the following links direct to images of the configurations that have the room that is of interest:
Once a player has confirmed that they have reached a suitable map, they should make their way to the room that is depicted in the following image. For full clarity, that room appears in the top-left corner of Inferno Map 1 and the bottom-left corner of Inferno Map 3, and simply entering it constitutes exploring the Blood Platforms.
Players are not done yet, though, as the Sewn in Secrecy quest will not be marked as complete until they escape from the Inferno. Fortunately, one ofDark and Darker’s escape portalscan be found within Blood Platforms, making it fairly easy to safely extract.
