This will be good news for those looking for a chaotic alternative toGran Turismo 7, and the game will offer those players a few extra goods if they’re willing to splurge on a special edition.

Lucid revealed a Digital Deluxe Edition of the game through the PlayStation Blog today, which is available to pre-order for $79.99. That’s $10 more than the standard version, and the extra investment will reward buyers with 10,000 AllStar Currency and an assortment of player banners and avatars. What’s more, the package will include a cosmetic item set forDestruction AllStars’ driver Lupita, including both a Legendary Character and Vehicle Skin as well as an extra dance emote.

The sport-themed vehicular combat game will be a launch title on Sony’s next-gen console alongsideSpider-Man: Miles Moralesand theDemon’s Soulsremake. Lucid Games has offered a few teases followingDestruction AllStars’ announcement in early June, but the developer kicked things up a notch with a substantial overview of what the game will offer in its PlayStation Blog post.

The gameplay, which has been described as amix ofTwisted MetalandRocket Leaguewith a bit ofFortniteadded in, will focus primarily on vehicular combat with varied vehicles and different characteristics. While these cars can be destroyed, the game’s arenas will give players plenty of ways to move around on foot in order to sabotage opponents, steal their vehicles, and jump back into the fray. Adding further depth will be the game’s 16 distinct drivers, each with unique abilities.

Lucid said it will have more to show in the coming weeks via a new trailer. It remains to be seen howDestruction AllStarswill evolve over time, but Lucid’s Community Manager George Rule said player feedback will help guide its growth afterlaunching alongside the PlayStation 5. “We’re still hard at work on the finishing touches before launch and the team can’t wait for you to get your hands on the game," he said. “We’ll be listening out for your feedback and want to take you all on a wild ride as we continue to grow the game post launch.”
