Among the many places players can visit inElden Ring, Raya Lucaria Academy is notable since it is one of the legacy dungeons found within the game. While this location, part of theLiurnia of the Lakes region, is home to a number of challenging enemies for gamers to overcome, including Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon, the site also features some impressive architecture. Recently, one gamer gave the in-game location a blocky makeover in another popular title.

In a post on Reddit, a user known as Krylord shared a collection of images of their recreation of Raya Lucaria Academy. While this location was originally brought to life in stunning detail inElden Ring, this Reddit user made full use of the numerous blocks and otheritems inMinecraftto make an equally spectacular albeit blockier version of the location. Based on the screenshots from Krylord, the build appeared to realize the exterior and interior of Raya Lucaria Academy, highlighting the ornate architecture of the castle-like buildings of the academy.
Given thepopularity ofElden Ring, it should not come as a surprise that this post has caught the attention of many fans in only a short amount of time. Since sharing the images of theMinecraftversion of Raya Lucaria Academy, more than 1.1K users have expressed their approval by upvoting the creation. In the comments, many were impressed by the attention to detail in the design, with several wondering how long it took to build the massive location. Fortunately, Krylord responded quickly, noting they started the project in February and had worked several hours a week on the design. Some enjoyed the design so much that they hoped the creator would continue by making other locations from the Lands Between.
It’s worth pointing out that this impressive blocky version of Raya Lucaria Academy is not the firstElden Ring-themed creation made in Mojang’s popular game. In fact, another gamer previously made an incrediblerecreation of the Erdtree inMinecraft, replicating its massive scale. WithElden Ringreceiving DLC in the future, it seems the game will continue to be relevant for a long time. With this in mind, it will be interesting to see what other locations from the Lands Between artistic fans are inspired to recreate inMinecraftin the coming months.
