How To Get Grossmesser In Elden Ring
To get the Grossmesserweapon inElden Ring, players must defeat the Skeleton enemy inside the Catacombs of Weeping Peninsula. There is a slight problem, however, and it involves players' luck, asobtaining the Grossmesser heavily depends on the Item Discovery and Arcane Stats.
Sadly, there is approximately only a 2% chance that the Skeleton will drop the Grossmesser. This means that Tarnished need to keep going back and forth between the Sites of Lost Grace and repeatedly kill the Skeleton until the Grossmesser appears.
Where To Find The Grossmesser In Elden Ring
The Grossmesser is inside the TombswardCatacombs inElden Ring. To reach it, players need to travel to the Tombsward Site of Lost Grace in Weeping Peninsula and summon Torrent.
Keep going north past a giant column and climb the slope at the end. Circle to the right to find old ruins composed of broken columns. Behind one of the columns is the Tombsward Catacombs entrance.
Upon going inside, go left to find the boss door then head right for the Grossmesser Skeleton to spawn next to the Grave Glovewort.
How To Increase Item Discovery In Elden Ring
To increase the Item Discovery and the chance to obtain the Grossmesser inElden Ring, players can complete various steps. For starters, level up the Arcane Stat as it increases the Item Discovery. Tarnished can alwaysvisit Rennala Queen of the Full Moonand perform a temporary respec.
Another great method to increase Item Discovery is by equipping the Silver Scarab, Marika’s Soreseal, and Marika’s ScarsealTalismans inElden Ring. Additionally, consuming the Silver-Pickled Fowl Foot can immensely help players with their Item Discovery. As for Armor, here are a couple of options that increase Arcane:
