Black Friday has arrived early on theEpic Games StorePC marketplace, as the PC storefront is having a major sale with discounts on over 80 different games. Discounts cut as much as 75% off of games on the Epic Games Store, even extending to major new releases likeBorderlands 3andRed Dead Redemption 2. Buyers looking to pick up a game or a few this holiday shouldn’t wait too long, however, as the Epic Games StoreBlack FridaySale ends on December 2 at 8:00 am PT.
The high demand exclusive releases are certain to be of the most interest to prospective buyers, and the Epic Games Store Black Friday sale definitely has a few.Red Dead Redemption 2is discounted 25%, from $59.99 to $47.99 for Black Friday.Borderlands 3is another big exclusive and is discounted 33%, from $59.99 to $40.19. Note that theBorderlands 3Super Deluxe Edition, which includes the Season Pass, is also on sale for $80.39. The Season Pass on its own is not on sale. Finally,Metro Exodus, another big Epic exclusive, is discounted to just $19.99.

Ubisoft’s catalog of Epic Games Store titles is also discounted for Black Friday, with at least 10 different games on sale. Ubisoft’s most popular games of 2019,Rainbow Six SiegeandThe Division 2, are discounted to $7.99 and $14.99 respectively. Recent releasesAnno 1800andAssassin’s Creed Odysseyare on sale for $35.99 and $26.99 respectively. AndGhost Reconfans will be happy, with bothGhost Recon Wildlandsand the newGhost Recon Breakpointon sale for $29.99.

Last year’s GOTY darlingCelesteis available for just $9.99, and there’s even something for horror fans, who can pick upLayers of Fearfor just $5.74.Minitis also only $4.99, a small price for a great game. Alternatively, party hosts can pick up all sixJackbox Party Packson sale, withJackbox Party Pack 6down to $22.49.
If there’s one criticism to be had about the Epic Games Store Black Friday Sale, it’s that the sale itself is a pain to sort through. Clicking on the sale in theEpic Games Storeclient leads to one big list of games that have been discounted. That’s over 80 games organized into two different columns. Shoppers basically have to scroll through the entire thing to see if anything is appealing, and scrolling is never particularly fun. Nevertheless, it’s not so much to ask for a great deal.
