AGenshin Impactfan-made concept combines two popular characters, Liyue’s Yaksha Xiao and the recently released Wanderer. Players who want to acquire Wanderer don’t have a lot of time to do so as a new set of limited characters is scheduled to take his place fairly soon.
He is part of the first banner cycle for the ongoingGenshin Impactupdate 3.3 which also introduced a new four-star Anemo character named Faruzan. Wanderer was not the only limited five-star character to appear in this part of the update as HoYoverse gave Arataki Itto another banner re-run.

Reddit user paperstraws_ has shared two interesting concepts that combinethe new character Wandererand the Anemo user Xiao into one character that managed to gather almost 700 upvotes. The Redditor is known in the game’s community for sharing similar types of concepts that almost always get a lot of attention from other fans. Both concepts seem to have Xiao’s head combined with Wanderer’s body with slight color adjustments. The main difference between the concepts are the two headpieces. The first one has the character holding Xiao’s iconic Yaksha mask which he puts on whenever his Elemental Burst, Bane of All Evil, is activated.
The second concept shows the character holding Wanderer’s hat which can be seen on his official splash art. However, paperstraws_ decided to give the hat a green theme which matches Xiao’s overall design. Xiao and Wanderer are considered the two only AnemoDPS characters inGenshin Impactat the moment. The fact that both of them use the Anemo element means that they can fit many types of team compositions regardless of which Elemental Reaction the party revolves around.
Even though Wanderer, previously known as Scaramouche, was introduced as an Electro character, HoYoverse decided to give him an Anemo Vision. He was initially created by Ei to serve as the Electro Archon, but his powers were sealed away, and he was set free to wander through the world of Teyvat. This led him to jointhe infamous Fatui organizationwhere he became known as the 6th Harbinger.
Xiao is known as one of the Yaksha who were known as ruthless and skilled warriors who had no mercy on the battlefield. They were gathered by the Geo Archon to fight against themonsters that appeared after the great Archon War. The constant battles against evil forces broke their mental states which caused them to turn on each other.
