A newGenshin Impactleak reveals more information about one of the upcoming major regions named Natlan and the Fatui Harbingers that might join the playable roster in the future. The game’s main continent is called Teyvat, and it consists of seven different main nations, one for each element in the game.
At the moment,Genshin Impactplayers are able to explore four out of these seven regions with the Dendro nation Sumeru being the most recent addition. Developer HoYoverse has introduced a pattern of adding one new nation per year which means that players can expect a huge expansion around August 2023.

A post on the popularGenshin ImpactLeaks subreddit has revealed more information about Natlan and the infamous Harbingers who belong to the Fatui, one of the main antagonist factions in the game. According to the leak, Natlan’s main storyline will resurrect a popular character who is currently dead. While the leak did not specify the character’s identity, a lot of fans speculate that it could be Rosalyne-Kruzchka Lohefalter, better known as La Signora. The leak also mentioned that most ofthe Eleven Fatui Harbingerswill join the playable roster in the future.
La Signora was the first Harbinger to appear in the game during the Prologue Archon Chapter in which she ambushed Venti and the Traveler and stole the Archon’s gnosis. Even though she was an ambitious student at the popular Sumeru Akademiya, Rosalyne became consumed by hatred after her lover died which made hertransform into the Crimson Witch of Embers. Even though she was introduced as a Cryo character, she deactivated her Delusion granted by the Fatui and transformed back to her original form.
Despite gaining a lot of power in this process, she was no match forthe Electro Archon Raiden Shogun, who executed her with the Musou no Hitotachi. Her death was also the main reason why the remaining Harbingers gathered in the famous “A Winter Night’s Lazzo” trailer.
Players will unfortunately have to wait for some time to see if their theory about Rosalyne’s return is true since multiple credible leakers confirmed that thenext major region will be Fontaine. Just like all the other regions, Fontaine will also feature one of the Harbingers as the main protagonist. According to previous leaks, Arlecchino and Sandrone will apparently play an important role in Fontaine’s Archon Chapter.
Genshin Impactis now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
