AGenshin Impactplayer has revealed an interesting mechanic with the Pyro user Klee that many players probably didn’t know about. The game allows players to have up to four different characters in their team composition. Combining their skills will trigger various elemental reactions which have various effects, from immobilizing enemies to boosting the party’s overall damage potential.
Every character’s kit inGenshin Impactcan be divided into three main parts: Elemental Skill, Elemental Burst, and Basic Attacks which include Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks. Even though some of these characters are over two years old, players still seem to find new and undiscovered techniques with their abilities.

Klee’s Elemental Skill is called Jumpy Dumpty, and it allows her to deploy an explosive device that bounces up to three times and deals AoE Pyro damage along its way. After the third bounce, the bomb splits into smaller mines, each of which deals additional damage when they get in contact with an enemy. Reddit user erickazu has shared a short video that demonstrates an interesting part of Klee’s Elemental Skill that many players may have missed. Players can use Jumpty Dumpty’s explosion to launch themselves in the air and perform a Plunging Attack which deals Pyro damage in a small area. The video was well-received in the community as the post reached almost 7k upvotes onGenshin Impact’s official subreddit.
Fans say this gives additional style points to Klee mains, but it hardly affects the character’s position in the current meta. She was one of the first five-star characters to be released back in 2020. At the time, Klee was considered an S-tier DPS, on par withanother Pyro user named Dilucand the Electro claymore Razor. Since then, Klee has been slowly pushed out of the meta by more complex characters.
Some fans in the comment section claim that this trick can also be used to launch other characters in the air, but it apparently works best with playable units that have a smaller model.RecentGenshin Impactrumorshave revealed that in the upcoming updates, Travelers could get the chance to finally meet Klee’s mother Alice, who’s known as one of the most powerful characters in all of Teyvat.
Alice is expected to be a troublesome Pyro user who is rumored to be over 500 years old. Just like her daughter, Alice has a constant desire for destruction, and she evenblew up a part of Stormterror’s Liarjust to make it look more antique.
