Reddit user HEB_AQW has shared a hilarious video performing the popular song “We Will Rock You” in the ongoing event named “The Almighty Arataki Great and Glorious Drumalong Festival.“The newGenshin Impacteventhas a percussion-based rhythm mini-game that allows players to create their own music, and it also requires players to match the rhythm of various songs while playing the drums. The video gathered a lot of attention with the thread reaching almost 700 upvotes. Fans absolutely love the video jokingly claiming that it probably had to take hours of practice to master the three notes.
The new event has quickly become one of the fan-favorite mini-games in all ofGenshin Impact. According to the majority of the fan base, the only thing that could be improved is the starting point of the notes as it’s hard to guess their direction since all of them have the same starting point. Some replies claim that the song “We Will Rock You” actually suits the character playing it - thepopular Geo Archon Zhongli.
Zhongli’s unique kit often allows him to trigger various unintentional interactions, probably because he has the ability to place the largest spawnable object in the game which is his famous pillar. Zhongli is considered to be an S-tier character in the game due to this ability to adapt to almost any team composition in the game at the moment, especially if paired with therightGenshin ImpactDPS character.
The whole event serves as an introduction to the upcoming limited banner which will feature the long-awaited Geo user - Arataki Itto. After multiple rumors over the last couple of months, developer HoYoverse finally confirmed that he will finally receive his long-awaited banner re-run. The game’s official social media accounts have confirmed the three four-star characters that will appear on his banner: the Cryo user Chongyun, the Geo support Gorou, and thenew addition to the playable roster - Kuki Shinobu.
Genshin Impactis now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development with no confirmed release date.
