Gran Turismo 7is the latest game in the racing simulation series. Originally announced to be released in March 2022, this release date has come under question recently. A leaker reported thatGran Turismo 7would be suffering from delays, along with other major releases expected in early 2022.

Now, PlayStation has released a new trailer on YouTube, called the “Find Your Line” trailer. It revolves mostly around howGran Turismo 7works withPlayStation 5’s DualSenseadaptive triggers, and the enhanced visuals of the game on PS5. Towards the end of the trailer, though,Gran Turismo 7again confirms the date players can expect to get their hands on the game, which is March 4. This puts all rumors of potential delays to one side asGran Turismofans breathed a sigh of relief.
Besides the release date and the nod to the DualSense controllers, the latest trailer forGran Turismo 7focused around the immersion that the latest game offers players. With 3D audio provided by Sony’s PULSE 3D wireless headset, and the enhanced graphics of the game running on a PS5, the immersion ofGran Turismo 7is advertised to be like no other. These features have appeared in the plethora of other trailers and gameplay footage released for the game as well.
WithGran Turismo 7’sdelay proving to be little more than a rumor, PlayStation fans can continue to get excited about what the first half of 2022 will bring them. WithHorizon: Forbidden Westcoming in February, andGran Turismo 7in March, Sony is dropping some popular exclusives early in the year, and will likely follow those titles withGod of War: Ragnaroklater this year.
Gran Turismo 7is scheduled to release on March 4 for PS4 and PS5.
