Summary
Grand Theft Auto Onlinehas offered the first official look at its upcoming content update, Bottom Dollar Bounties, which is set to land on June 25. A brief video gives players an idea of what they can expect when they hit the streets as bounty hunters.
GTA Onlinehas seen a fairly steady influx of new content over the years, giving players plenty of criminal enterprises to run and heists to go on. However, some fans still lament that the game never received the “Cops N Crooks” mode, which would have given players an opportunity to play on the right side of the law for once. While that mode was canned twice, this upcoming update will at least let players hunt down those violating the law for XP and GTA$.

A new teaser from Rockstar Games has been released for Bottom Dollar Bounties, which gives players an idea of what they can expect when they get the update started. The player character promptly meets Maude Eccles and her daughter Jenette, who will be working with the player to help them find “all manner of reprobate scum” and bring them in for the bounties on their heads. Players may remember Maude Eccles from the game’s Red Dead Redemption 2 crossover, which lets playersunlock the Stone Hatchetin both titles.
The new trailer also appears to give players a brief look at the new missions withVincent Effenburger, an LSPD officer who they will be able to do Dispatch Work for. These tasks will also let players access a variety of law enforcement vehicles to try out. Given that these tasks are described as being off-the-books, players should be able to expect to enact their typical level of violence to achieve the tasks set before them.
All of this new content will launch for the game on June 25, so players have very little time to wait for the update. It’s part of an overallexciting summer for gaming, which has seen a number of new titles, as well as extremely anticipated expansions and content update releases across numerous multiplayer and MMORPG titles.
