Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthosgives players a starting plot of land as well as a little house to begin the story with. There are only thirty slots to put plants in, and players cannot plant outside this limited space until later on in the game. If players have found their plots of land all filled up and don’t have access to another just yet, they can get rid of already planted plants before they are finished growing. There is only one way to kill off something already planted in thisrelaxing farm simulation game, and that is to purchase Herbicide. It costs 15 gold per bag, and, at the beginning of the game at least, can only be purchased and not made by the player. One pouch of herbicide will destroy one plant in one square of the player’s fields.
Where to Buy Herbicide in Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos
There are loads of places to buy this useful item, but in the beginning, beforefast travel is unlocked inWinds of Anthos, there is only one location to pick this item up. Players will have to travel to Providence Town to the east of the starting town. In the middle of this little village, there is an animal store, a general store, and a restaurant. Players can purchase herbicide at the general store. Once Nemo’s Flower Shop quest is done, players will also be able to buy Herbicide there as well.
How to Use Herbicide in Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos
to use Herbicide, players need to use a littlestamina inWinds of Anthos. Stand close to the plant that needs to be removed so that the square it occupies is highlighted. Head to the seeds bag in the inventory menu, then select the Herbicide and press Hold.
Once the character’s avatar is being held, press the interact button to sow the herbicide over the selected square. It will instantly turn the planted item into weeds; no need to wait afull in-gameHarvest Moonday. Then pull the weeds using the interact button, then the square will be free to replant with something else.
