How to Max Out Star Social Link in Persona 3 Reload
To unlock the ability to fuse Helel, you’ll first need tofully max out theStar Social Linkto Rank 10. To do this, you’ll want to meet with Mamoru on August 2nd at the Iwatodai Strip Mall. He is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
You’ll also need to ensure that yourCourageis at least at Rank 4. There are many different tasks you’re able to do to improve this Social Stat, including singing Karaoke, visiting Game Parade, eating at Wilduck Burger, and much more. Once you’ve properly completed these two requirements, you’ll receive a notification in the game that you now can fuse Helel.
How to Fuse Helel in Persona 3 Reload

This will allow you to take a look at every single Persona you’ve unlocked already, and see if you already have the required Persona to make Helel. You can then summon them for a price if you don’t currently have the Persona in your inventory.
