InKirby and the Forgotten Land, each stage will give completionists a lot to look forward to. There are hiddenWaddle Dees to find, capsules to collect, and secret missions to complete. This guide will go over theDowntown Grasslands stageinKirby and the Forgotten Landand show where to find all of its secret goodies.
Hidden Waddle Dee Locations
Waddle Dee #1
The first Waddle Dee is unmissable in Downtown Grassland. After beating theKirbyboss called Wild Edge, the Waddle Dee can be rescued from its cage.

Waddle Dee #2
The second Waddle Dee can be found soon after players defeat Wild Edge. Go up the yellow ladder on the building off to the right side of the stage to find a container that can be opened withKirby’s power. The Waddle Dee will be inside it.
Waddle Dee #3
The third Waddle Dee is inside the turtle monster next to the fourth tulip in Downtown Grasslands. Break the cracked platform on its back with the Cone power-up to defeat the monster and find a Waddle Dee.
Tulip Locations
Tulip #1
The first Tulip in Downtown Grassland can be found shortly after the start of the level. Before players approach the Cutter enemy that throws sharp boomerangs, they’ll spot the tulip on the left side of the path atop a tree stump.
Tulip #2
Before jumping up to the area with the vending machine power-up, hit the switch on the right side of the path to open up the gate with the health item. A secret path on the left leads to the second tulip.
Tulip #3
After getting the Cone Mouth power-up, continue through the level until players reach two cannons shooting cannonballs. Instead of passing them, look on the left side to find the tulip on top of a barrel.
Tulip #4
OnceKirby and the Forgotten Landplayers encounter the first dinosaur turtle-esque enemy with a cracked platform on its back, look near the tree to the right to find the next tulip.
Tulip #5
The last tulip can be found once players start climbing a tower. A bull will charge at enemies near the top, and behind them is the last tulip.
Break the Building’s Shutter
As soon asplayers use Mouthful Modeto become a vending machine, walk to the right and break open the already-damaged blue shutter door.
Ride the Spewing Water up to the Balcony
After the location of the third tulip, players will pass two cannonballs. Instead of going to the left to pass the next cannonball, look to the right corner to find a pipe bursting with water. Use the cone power-up to break it and then ride the water to the balcony.
Capsule Locations
Capsule #1
After players use Mouthful mode to get the vending machine power, break open the blue shutter door and climb the ladder inside. The capsule will be on the rooftop.
Capsule #2
After breaking the pipe and riding up the spewing water, use the cone power to break the stack of metal boxes to find the next capsule item.
Capsule #3
The final capsule is part of the main story path after players ride up the geyser to slam down on the giant turtle monster.
