First Console Code Location
After accepting the quest from C-Sec Officer Jordan Noles on the Citadel Embassies floor, then starting it from the Spectre Terminal, players shouldtravel to Huerta Memorial Hospital to find the location of the first console. After exiting the elevator, take an immediate right and go through the door to find a console beside the human andsalarian doctors inMass Effect 3.
Second Console Code Location
The second console is located on the Normandy Dock: Bay D24 floor. It is found to the left of a yellow vending machine, directly opposite the dockedNormandy ship inMass Effect, down a small set of stairs.
Third Console Code Location
Once the previous console has been activated, head to the Docks: Holding Area floor to find the third, and last, console. It is located at the very back of the area, where a Turian NPC can often be found walking back and forth.
Once the console is selected, a batarian will point a gun at Shepard’s head. If players havetransferred aMass Effectsavein which they played theBring Down the SkyDLC and spared Balak during its conclusion, he will be the one threatening Shepard.

Balak can be killed, but if players have enough Reputation, they can actually charm or intimidate the batarian into providing anotherWar Asset inMass Effect 3. If he was killed inBring Down the Sky, Balak is replaced with another batarian who can’t be killed. While this makes the assignment a little less satisfying to complete, players will still receive the Batarian Fleet War Asset for passing a Reputation check. If players can’t pass the check, the Alliance Third Fleet War Asset will have its value decreased instead.
Once dealt with, the C-Sec officer will speak with Shepard again. When the cutscene ends players will receive XP for completing the mission. Seven Renegade/Paragon Points are also rewarded for using charm or intimidate on the batarian.
