Players can get these flowers by chopping down Yellow Lavender bushes, which can befound in relative abundanceall around the player’s workshop. The general area around the Eufaula Salvage store has a number of Yellow Lavender spawn points, particularly, around the patch of land where the Bumble Ants roam about.
