Not only that, Shisui himself recovers CP over time, as well as his EX Annihilation, EX Impact, EX Lunge, EX Manipulate, and EX Release resistances. To top this, the Jutsu also halves the Ninjutsu cooldowns of all allies on the floor - making this a nifty technique to turn the tide on tough levels.
