One Piecerecently introduced the mighty powerful organization known as the Cross Guild to the fans. Having spent 4 years in Wano Country, the story immediately tackled the major happenings in the rest of the world as soon asthe Straw Hat Piratesleft the country.

As such, the fans were introduced to a group of individuals who had come together following thedissolution of the Shichibukaisystem. This group will, undoubtedly, play a massive role in the future of the story and here’s everything Oda has revealed about them so far.
6Its Debut
The Cross Guild was introduced to the fans inOne Piecechapter 1056.The basis for the Cross Guildwas set immediately after the Reverie as soon as the Shichibukai system was abolished.
With the Navy making their move against the former warlords, a few of them came together and formed this organization. In chapter 1056, it was Eustass Kid who gave Luffy all the information that he needed on the Cross Guild and all of its members.
5Its Creation
The Cross Guild was created by a collaboration betweenDracule Mihawk, the World’s Strongest Swordsman, and the former Warlord of the Sea, Sir Crocodile. While Mihawk was fighting the Navy on Kuraigana Island, he received a call from Crocodile suggesting a team-up between the two.
Buggy was thrown into the mix when Crocodile went to collect his debt following the removal of the clown from the position of Shichibukai. The Cross Guild has, since then, established itself as one of the major organizations on the seas of theOne Pieceworld.
4The Perceived Leader
As revealed inOne Piece1056, Buggy is perceived to be the leader of the Cross Guild. This was largely down to a mistake on behalf of the Navy. Due to Buggy’s men creating quite a flashy poster for him, he was thought to be the leader of the organization.

This ended up offending both Crocodile and Mihawk, however, eventually, the two came to the conclusion that letting Buggy pose as the leader of the organization and pulling the strings from the shadows was actually beneficial for them.
The True Leader
Evidently, the true leaders of the Cross Guild are none other than Mihawk and Crocodile. While they are thought to be working under Buggy, they are actually the men pulling the strings from behind the scenes.
Technically, Crocodile can be seen as the man responsible for the creation of this organization. He was the one who took the initiative to seek out Buggy and then take him under his service. Later on, he called Mihawk and suggested an alliance between the two. While both Mihawk and Crocodile share the same amount of power in the organization,the creation was largely down to Crocodile.
3The Other Members
Apart from Mihawk, Crocodile, and Buggy, there are quite a few other members of the Cross Guild as well. The organization is known to have amassed quite a few infamous pirates under its wings.

At the same time, the former members of Buggy’s Delivery, Alvida, Mohji, Kabaji, and Richie, among others are also its members. In the future, fans will be introduced to a few more members of the Cross Guild as they start playing bigger roles in the future of the story.
2Their Goal
While not much has been revealed about this organization just yet, fans do know that their goal is, first and foremost, to avoid any attacks from the Navy. By combining their forces, even the World Government is wary of them. At the same time, the members of the Cross Guild have placed bounties on Marine heads. Thus, for the very first time inOne Piece, the hunters have now become the hunted.
While the Marine bounties have not been revealed just yet, fans do know that they are being chased all over the Grand Line. It is likely that the Admirals and the Vice Admirals also have massive bounties on their heads. Anyone turning them into the Cross Guild would most likely earn a massive reward.
1Their Bounties
The Cross Guild has incredibly powerful members within their ranks such as Dracule Mihawk and Sir Crocodile. After the Reverie, their bounties will be reevaluated and, thus, they now possess extremely massive rewards on their heads. Mihawk has the highest bounty of any member of the Cross Guild with 3.59 billion berries.
He is followed by the man that the Navy are now calling a Yonko, Buggy, who has a bounty of 3.189 billion berries. Sir Crocodile, on the other hand, has a bounty of 1.965 billion berries. With two former Warlords and the entirety of Buggy’s Delivery, the total known bounty of the Cross Guild is 8.848 billion berries, which is a massive figure.
