A talentedPokemonartist has created human concepts based on the three popular Pokemon Chikorita, Bayleef, and Meganium. This iconic trio is very popular in thePokemoncommunity, and they are often featured in a lot of fanart. Since they are part of the same evolution line, the three share similar physical features, strengths, and weaknesses.
Chikorita made its first appearance in thePokemonanime during the second episode of the Johto region where it was captured by Ash. It’s known for its friendly and cute appearance, with the iconic leaf on the head and grass-themed body which made Chikorita one of the fan-favorites. Just like most otherGrass-type Pokemon, Chikorita is strong against Ground, Water, and Rock types which makes her a valuable asset for a lot of players.

A Reddit user named endifi has shared three interesting human concepts inspired by the Chikorita evolution line. Fans seem to like the concept as the post reached over 200 upvotes with many fans praising the design of all three concepts. The first concept is named “Megania,” and it has a very simple design just like the Chikorita. The unique hairstyle matches the famous leaf on the Pokemon’s head which is probably the most recognizable part of its design. Megania also has a baggy leaf-themed jacket with a collar that is inspired by the dark-green buds on Chikorita’s neck. During the “Foul Weather Friends” episode in the anime, Chikorita evolves into Bayleef to save Ash from danger.
The second evolution has a much more developed body and a long leafy tail and these changes are perfectly reflected in the second character in the post named “Bayor the Bayleef.” It features a taller model with a suit-like outfit that has a similar collar to the first one. While the first two concepts were well-received in the community, it’s safe to say that the third character named “Adult Megania the Meganium” stole the show with many comments claiming that it’s definitelyworthy of a final Pokemon evolution.
The iconic flower that’s present on Meganium’s neck has been transformed into an elegant skirt that infused the concept with grace. All three concepts perfectlyconvert the appearance of each Pokemon into human forms, and they even manage to depict their personalities.
Redditor endifi is known in the community forcreating similar Pokemon projectsthat show the humanoid forms of various Pokemon and two of their latest fanart featured the remaining Johto starters, Cyndaquil and Totodile. These concepts can spark the imagination ofPokemonenthusiasts who may imagine a captivating game or series where the main characters are actually human versions of the Pokemon, similar to theDigimon Frontieranime.
