Players that have completed previous Team GO Rocket special research inPokemon GOwill now be able to participate in new special research. This new set of special research tasks is named ‘An Inter-egg-sting Development’ and is focused on Team GO Rocket and Shadow Pokemon.
There are many different tasks involved with this special research with some possibly taking a long time to complete. This is due to these tasks inPokemon GObeing special research tasks and not timed research that only lasts one to two weeks.

Like many sets of special research tasks, the main focus is on a new mechanic added toPokemon GO. The new mechanic this time isStrange Eggs, which are eggs that are obtained by defeating Team GO Rocket Admins. Outside of special events, these eggs take 12 kilometers of walking in order to hatch them.
There are six total stages in the new set ofTeam GO Rocket Special Research. Within them are very valuable rewards that range from items to Pokemon encounters. The first part of the special research tasks and their rewards are:
After completing the first part of the special research tasks players will be awarded with 500 more stardust, ten Pokeballs, and ten Razz Berries.

Once all of these tasks are complete players will get the additional rewards of 1,500 stardust, ten Great Balls, and an encounter with a Larvitar.
The third part of the special research tasks will likely take more time due to the increased difficulty and time needed to devote to the tasks. They are:
After players devote the time to complete this stage of tasks players will be awarded with 1,500 stardust, three Golden Razz Berries, and an encounter with a Toxicroak.
Upping the challenge even more is the fourth stage of tasks. Players will definitely have to devote the time to complete this one with the tasks and rewards being:
Once players defeat all of Team GO Rocket’s leaders, they will be awarded with five hyper potions, one Rocket Radar, and three revives.

After Giovanni is defeated players will get 3,000 stardust, one fast TM, and one charged TM. There are additionally other rewards that automatically come with the final step. They all are:
