There are a plethora of issues that players are reporting online afterRed Dead Redemption 2’s latest patch. First and foremost, it seems that theupdate made horse AI much dumberthan it was before. One Reddit user going by Zeldalullaby posted a short clip of themselves and a friend trying to escape griefers and police on horseback. However, instead of running away, the horse seems to glitch into a perpetual state of skidding across the ground while surrounded by a hail of gunfire.

Unfortunately, some of these issues seem to be leaking into the story mode forRed Dead Redemption 2. One user by the name of Blue_Moon_Cheese showed a video of Arthur riding a horse near a stream before coming to a stop near a deer glitching into a stream. While the glitch is visually very funny it’s also incredibly frustrating if player’s experiences with the game’s story mode suffered from these issues. Thankfully, it appearsRockstar Games is working to address these issuesnow.

Again, there are a handful of hilarious glitches interrupting player’s games, like a horse and carriage doing high-speed donuts in the middle of town. It seems a lot of glitches involve physics on large interactive objectives like horses and carriages. Additionally, many glitches seem to involve animals and wildlife, which is probably making things even more frustrating forplayers trying out the new naturalist role.

Ironically, players were recently protesting slow updatesforRed Dead Redemption 2by dressing up as clowns. Now, the game is looking like a bit of a circus online and offline. Hopefully, Rockstar can sort all these issues out in a timely manner so players can get back to enjoying the game’s massive and beautiful open world in peace once again.

Red Dead Redemption 2is available on PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One.
