Rumbleverse,the free-to-play melee-focused Battle Royale from the minds of Iron Galaxy (and published by Epic Games) is different from other Battle Royales in a lot of ways. But, one aspect that it’s very similar in is the fact that some areas of the map seem to have more “loot” than others. Grapital City, whereRumbleversetakes place, is divided into a lot of small areas such as parks, neighborhoods, and skyscrapers.

And, among all these different locations, players can break openLoot Cratesto find all sorts of amazingSpecial Moves, Protein Pods,greasy Chicken Legs,fight to earnPerks, and much more. So, let’s take a lookat some of the best spots to drop in, whether in Solo to Duo Queue, for players to find the most amount of loot for the least amount of work.
The Grapital Building
Starting things off with probably one of the most “dangerous” areas to drop in,The Grapital Building.This is in the center of thefaux-New York style city, has an incredibly eye-catching design, and houses quite a fewRareandEpic Loot Crateson average, especially at the top of the building this atlas-esque wrestler is carrying on their back.
But, because it’s so eye-catching, this place is also where a lot of players tend to drop each game, and it almost immediately turns into a chaotic slugfestreminiscent of a bunch of fantasy football dads running their own wrestling match. This would be alright if not for the fact that the building is the tallest structure in the game, and this means it’s a death sentence for anyone who happens to getJavelin Tackle’doff of it or anything similar.
The Trophy
Next up isThe Trophy, a literal gigantic golden Trophy that also houses a lot of the combat-crazed players in the starting stages of the game. Like theGrapital Building,this is another “dangerous” location where a lot of other players tend to free dive on top of right at the start. But, thankfully, the platform underneath the “top” of the Trophy, and the fact that it’s not nearly as tall as the Grapital Building means that the Trophy isn’t quite as deadly.
Still, there’s less space up there, so it can become even more chaotic than one might expect. The general rule of thumb for players trying to “safely” gather Loot here is to free-fall onto the lower ring, grab aWeaponorSpecial Move, then climb up to the top to clean up the remnants of whatever battle occurred up there.
Trophy Heights
First up on the list of “unexpected picks” isTrophy Heights,the suburban neighborhood directly north of the Trophy. While, at a glance, this area might not seem like it has a lot of “area” forLoot Cratesto spawn in, that’s absolutely not the case. The swimming pools, rooftops, and front yards of a lot of these mansions have Loot Crates in them, most of which tend to beRares.
Additionally, there’s also the small sewer area directly underneath the neighborhood that players can access through the few “construction” holes near specific houses or the direct entrance on the lower side of the hill. This sewer also houses a few Loot Crates as well as a “hidden"Squaaats-brand Chicken Standthat players can get a free largeChickenfrom every minute and a half.
The ABS Tower
For a building so tall, players really don’t frequent the top ofABS Towerall too much, which makes it prime real estate for anyone who knows how often this tower hasEpic-tier Loot Crateson it.

That said, this building is pretty tall, so it has a lot of the same dangers asThe Grapital Building. But,with the Sonic the Hedgehog-esque launch pads, it’s a lot easier to disengage from enemies once a player has pocketed the items they’re looking for.
Old Abseil
As probably one of the more visually distinct locations in Grapital City,Old Abseilis also an area that tends to be rife with players duking it out in the early game. The apex of the Abseil’s structure tends to have a bunch ofEpic Loot Crateson it that can be easily seen from afar, so a lot of players like to drop here.
And, the ground-level part of the structure even has a moat-type area where players can usually 1-on-1 in relative peace as well as a cluster of launch pads on the west side of the courtyard that makes it easy for players to get down from the Abseil or just escape from someone chasing them.
The VIP Hotel
LikeThe ABS Tower,The VIP Hotelis another building players might expect to be crowded in every game but actually isn’t. Sure, there’s always at least one or two other players that tend to drop at the top of this H-shaped building, but there’s enough space up there for them to grab their own items in relative peace before engaging with each other.
The palm trees usually make it sort of difficult for players to tell what type ofLoot Cratesspawned up there, which is a plus, and the elevated platforms on either side of the building make it easy for players to get in, knock a player down, grab an item or two, and escape their retaliation.
Jobber Flats
Jobber Flatsis another one of those dropzones forRumbleverseplayers who want to duke it out right away in a match. Not only are the tops of the Cranes a precarious Loot-filled area, but the actual Storage Containers they’re suspending in the air usually have a ton ofLoot Crateson them as well.
And, even if a player happens to get knocked down from either of these platforms and hit the bottom of the construction zone, they’re usually met with more attacks from the players who love to duke it out in the enclosed “arena” in the middle of this space.
Half-Nelson Highway
There are only a couple of drop zones inRumbleversethat the majority of players haven’t figured out are actually worth it yet, andHalf-Nelson Highwayis one of them. The reason Half-Nelson Highway is so great is simply that it’s not very “visually distinct” which stops a lot of people from dropping there instead of dropping onto the gigantic skyscraper.

And, for anyone that does free fall into this area, there are a ton ofLoot Cratesspaced out between the cars and in the back of the semi-trucks. Additionally, the fact that the highway is so packed with cars and streetlights makes it hard for anyone to drop directly onto another player or even see if someone else is around.
The Squared-Circle Outlets
Next up on the list of “relatively unknown fantastic drop zones” isThe Squared-Circle Outlet Mall.This outdoor shopping center may look relatively sparse from above, but that’s simply because a lot of theLoot Cratesare directly in front of the buildings instead of right on top of them. Not only that but there’s also theSquaaats Chickenrestaurant on the southwest end of the parking lot that has a drive-thru window with a fullChickenready to go. Overall, this area becomes a lot more hectic past the first few minutes of the game than it is right at the start.
The Gazebogon
Last up on the list isThe Gazebogon, a location in Grapital City that players don’t talk about nearly enough. Not only is this Gazebo almost always absolutely packed withLoot Crates, but the fact that the edges of the Gazebo are bouncy also makes it incredibly easy to “bail” if too many people end up dropping right into it. And, even if a player has to bail before looting the Gazebogon, the park around it has a lot ofLoot Cratesin it as well which makes for a great backup option.
