Few characters have been as adorably charming during an Archon Quest as Sigewinne, the Head Nurse of the Fortress of Meropide inGenshin Impact. Serving as a faithful and dependable member of Wriothesley’s staff, she plays an integral role in the events of the Fontaine chapter of the game.
A Melusine, Sigewinne is a small lady who wields a bow and Hydro Vision in battle, with all of her moves themed around bubbles, hearts, and nursing. Players hoping to add this adorable character to their team will want to ascend her and maximize her potential by leveling up her talents. To do this, they’ll need all the items listed in this guide.

Gemstones - Where to Find Varunada Lazurite
All Hydro characters will need to seek out some Varunada Lazurite when ascending. Luckily, there are many ways to obtain it, the best of which is via boss fights. The following boss fights can reward Varunada Lazurite:
*Both the Primo Geovishap and Azhdaha can only drop Varunada Lazurite when they are infused with Hydro.
Local Specialty - Where to Find Romaritime Flower
For a long time, only Freminet would use Romaritime Flowers to ascend, but now Sigewinne does too. These special flowers can be found in many places around Fontaine, both on land and underwater. When they’re on land, they’ll need to be afflicted with Hydro to be collectable.

Boss Drop - How to Get Water That Failed to Transcend
The Hydro Tulpa is a world boss located west of the Court of Fontaine, and, when defeated, it drops Water That Failed to Transcend. This item is used by Sigewinne and Furina in their ascensions.
Bring a Cryo character against this boss, as they’ll be extremely helpful!
Enemy Drop - Where to Find Fontemer Aberrant Drops
Fontemer Aberrants come in many, many varieties and can be found almost anywhere and everywhere in Fontaine. At higher levels, they can drop better items. All of these are used in Sigewinne’s ascension as well as leveling up her talents.

Sigewinne Talent Materials
Sigewinne’s talents are called Targeted Treatment (Normal Attack), Rebound Hydrotherapy (Skill), and Super Saturated Syringing (Burst). They can be upgraded with the right items, all of which are laid out in this table. For a text-only version of Sigewinne’s talent materials,click here.

Talent Books - Equity
Sigewinne uses the Equity talent books as part of her talent upgrades. This particular series is found in the Pale Forgotten Glory domain on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
Trounce Materials - Lightless Eye of the Maelstrom
By reliving their fight against the All-Devouring Narwhal, the player can obtain unique trounce rewards from its trounce domain, Shadow of Another World. One of its possible trounce drops is the Lightless Eye of the Maelstrom, which is the one Sigewinne uses.
