There are brand-new creatures to catch inStardew Valley, and this includes the many different jellies available.There are River Jellies, Sea Jellies, and even Cave Jellies, which are much more uncommon, and found in a hidden location within Pelican Town. Rather than taking a quick trip to the beach, or fishing along the river, Cave Jellies will require a bit more searching.
Though theCave Jellyis the most difficult to obtain, it is worth the search due to its high profitability, and buffs that it can provide you if you eat it. Here’s where you can find some Cave Jellies for yourself.
Where to Find Cave Jelly in Stardew Valley
As you begin your search for some Cave Jellies inStardew Valley, there is only one location where you will find the uncommon critter: withinThe Mines, onFloor 100. There will be a small, red lake on this floor that you may fish in.

How to Catch Cave Jelly in Stardew Valley
There are a few methods you can use to make it easier to catch yourself a Cave Jelly. You can utilize afew different baits and tacklesto increase your chance of getting a Cave Jelly on your line. This includes:
TheDressed Spinnertackle will attract more fish to your line, therefore increasing the bite-rate. This will give you a better chance to pull in a Cave Jelly quickly, and without having to worry about constantly pulling in trash items.Deluxe Baitis also another great addition that will increase the speed that fish bite, therefore making the process quicker. Once you reach the Level 100 lake, however, Cave Jellies are much more common than Lava Eels, so it shouldn’t take you as long to hook one asa Sea Jellyor River Jelly.

If you haven’t yet made yourself aFish Smoker, then we highly recommend using your first caught Cave Jelly to make this item. It will allow you to smoke your caught fish, thereforeincreasing their selling value. Cave Jellies can also be a great thing to bring along as you venture through The Mines, as it will restore your health and keep you alive.
