The relationship between the two ‘siblings’ takes an unexpected turn when Tim discovers his brother, who refers to himself as The Boss, can talk and is actually a spy sent on a mission to thwart the CEO of Puppy Co.’s plot to ensure puppies replaces babies in the war for parents' love.
