While most of these are either powerful or useless in a more obvious way, there are quite a few that fall in the underrated class, that is, they are very useful, however, only in specific ways and, thus, don’t get as much attention as the rest. These abilities, when used correctly, can prove to be quite dangerous, as shown during several instances in the story.

10Earphone Jack

Possessed by Kyoka Jiro, Earphone Jack is quite a useful ability. This Quirk can be used through her ear lobes which become shaped like headphone cables. By plugging them close to her enemies, Jiro can use sound waves to deal great internal damage.

At the same time, she can also plug her ears into walls and eavesdrop on her enemies to gain valuable information. What’s more, she can also tell apart movements using this Quirk, even if it is intricate which just goes to show that it is special indeed.

6Foldabody

Used by the Number Four Hero Edgeshot, Foldabody is one of the most versatile quirks in My Hero Academia and is thus quite underrated. This Quirk allows him to manipulate the thinness of his body and fold it as many times as he likes.

Using its powers, Edgeshot can make his body as thin as paper and fold it to pass through the tightest of spaces. It is quite a useful Quirk when it comes to infiltrating purposes and espionage purposes.

5Manifest

Manifest is quite a useful Quirk that belongs to none other than Tamaki Amajiki of class 3-A from the U.A High School. This Quirk, although not as flashy as Mirio’s Permeation, is incredibly versatile.

It allows him to transform his limbs into parts of any animal that he’s consumed recently as long as it remains in his body. During the Shie Hassaikai arc, Tamaki was seen using several of these powers to beat foes who proved to be daunting even for the most skilled Pro Heroes, which was a clear indication of how incredible it is.

4Heal

As the name suggests, Heal is a Quirk that helps the user to heal people around them. Used by Chiyo, this Quirk allows her to heal anyone who she kisses with her lips.

The healing process is quite rapid and can heal the damage that would normally take months to fix within seconds, however, it comes at a huge cost. To work perfectly, heal burns up all of the stamina of the receiver, and if their stamina is lacking, can even lead to their death.

3Copy

Wielded by Monoma, Copy is an incredibly useful Quirk that allows him to copy most Quirk abilities. To activate, this Quirk requires him to touch the body of the target.

Once done, he can then hold this ability for a total of 10 minutes. So far, Monoma can hold up to four Quirks at once and that alone is frightening enough. Undoubtedly, this ability is one of the most underrated ones.

2Double

Double was the Quirk of Twiceof the League of Villains and at its peak, it was quite dangerous when utilized. It allowed Twice to make two replicas of himself which could then further replicate infinitely and grant him tremendous might in combat.

This power was said to be great enough to take down even a nation if he so wished. It also allowed Twice to replicate any other human or object as long as he knew their measurements accurately.
