Apparently, when standing near the edge of the bridge connecting the Flight Master and Stable Master, players will get a special action called “Toss Toy Duck.” When using this action, players can drop an adorable duckling bobber into the water below. These toy ducks persist for a short time, meaning players can conjure a whole flock of ducklings.
