One of the newest additions toShadowlandsis the Fallen Charger’s Reigns mount, which is a drop from the Fallen Charger. It was included in the 9.1 update toShadowlands, giving gamers yet another Epic item to acquire. Over the years, Blizzard has been including more and more rare mob or boss spawns, which dropdesirable rare items.

Theserare spawnsincentivize spending the time to wait for each rare boss or mob. The Fallen Charger in particular can take forever to find and defeat. Most people will have to wait a few hours and may need a little help from their fellow players on the server to find the creature. With a few simple tips, gamers can make sure they get this new addition as quickly as possible.
Where To Look
The Fallen Charger spawns in The Maw. While it may not be the biggest map, the spawn zone is big enough to give players headaches trying to track it down. In general, the Fallen Charger will appear firstnear the Crucible of the Damned. Specifically, the point gamers need to be is around (16.3, 49.5).

Fallen Chargers cover a lot of ground while they are on the map, and will take one of two routes from the spawn point to a despawn location all the way to the southeast of the Beastwarrens. The rare enemy will either follow a route north near the Tremaculum and south through Ve’Nari’s Refuge or take a shorter path through Perdition Hold and the Beastwarrens.
Camp Near Spawn
Ideally, players will be close to the spawn zone when it appears to make sure they can get into the fight and receive the mount. However, even if people are on a different part of the map when the Fallen Charger spawns, they can track the movement of the creature by looking at the red star on the map. The closer the Fallen Charger is to despawn, the less likely it is that the character will make it to the fight in time.
Find A Custom Fallen Charger Group
Other people on the server are a resource that should always be used when waiting for any rare boss or mob. There are a ton of Custom LFG groups that are working together to find and slay the Fallen Charger. These groups will communicate how long it has been since the rare enemy spawned, as well as any other information they have that could be helpful.

Additionally, finding the Fallen Charger is just the first step. It will be impossible to defeat this enemy alone. If there are 50 or more people ready to fight with high-level gear, taking down the creature will be easy.
Spawn Timer
There is a 1-6 hour timer on the Fallen Charger. This means that after one despawns, people could have to wait up to 6 hours for the creature to spawn. Again, that does not guarantee it will be killed during a particular spawn. It might make sense for gamers to log on during peak hours to make sure they have the support they need to find and vanquish the beast. Waiting 6 hours and failing to get the mount will be extremely disappointing.
“The Fallen Charger Begins Its Ride”
As soon as this notification pops up, the Fallen Charger has spawned. If the “Fallen Charger releases a final mournful whinny as it fades away”, the Charger has either been slain or it has despawned. At that point, people will need to find a new group and wait another 1-6 painful hours. Hopefully, that is not the case, butWoWtiming can be unfair.
Fighting The Fallen Charger
Like many other rare spawns inShadowlands, the Fallen Charger has a massive amount of health. The base creature has 1.5 million health, which scales as more people join the fight. A solid group of at least 10 players is preferable. It goes without saying, buthealer/DPS/tank ratio matters. This creature will be around for a while, and having a solid raid-like strategy will make taking it down a lot less stressful. Each of the enemy’s abilities are listed below:
Fallen Riders will attack one of the random players fighting the beast, and it should be avoided if possible. When scaled, this attack deals a ton of damage. Headbutt can be dangerous too because it staggers. Those close to the edge will be pushed off the cliffs and killed.

Finally, gamers will want to interrupt the Swiftness ability, as it can allow the Fallen Charger to get away and reach the despawn point. The entire fight will take somewhere around 45 minutes to an hour to complete. If people use the tips above and have a fortified group of characters, getting the mount should not be too difficult of a task.
