After more than two years, LG announced that xQc was leaving the org with a compilation video of his best streaming moments, ending simply with “Thank you xQc.” The streamer also confirmed his departure from LG by quote-retweeting the video with a blue heart. As of writing, xQc has not talked about his reasons behind the exit as fans started to ask whether he left or was fired from LG.

Many fans were emotional about xQc leaving LG, but also wished him luck in his future endeavors, whether it’s joining another org or just continuing to make history on Twitch. There were some who started guessing where xQc will go next, dropping the names of popular esports organizations like 100 Thieves and Evil Geniuses, both of which have content creator programs. A few seem to want xQc to go back to being anOverwatchpro player, mentioning a Dallas Fuel comeback, five years after he was released from the team.

Despite being a controversial streamer, it’s undeniable that xQc has reached significant milestones because of his entertaining streams, and being signed on LG also helped him reach these heights as well. He managed to establish a loyal fanbase that keep coming back to watch him play on Twitch, as well as witness some of the drama in his personal life unfold, like hismessy breakup with Adept.

It’s still unknown whether xQc would join another org, but at this point in his career, it’s understandable if he decides to do his own thing. What’s keeping him busy now are hours upon hours ofMinecraftspeedruns, playing with friends onValorantandPhasmophobia, and Just Chatting streams, among others. It’s safe to say that he will be just fine with or without an esports org backing him up, unless he plans on hosting big Twitch events in the future.
