YouTube user Waikuteru released a mod that randomizes enemies, weapons, and items and is the perfect “chaos” for those who want something new after investing many hours inTears of the Kingdom. The player has posted a video on their channel that gives an overview of the mod, which is available on early access on their Patreon profile. CalledTears of the KingdomRandomizer, thismod created for the newZeldacan make high-powered enemies spawn in unexpected places. The mod also randomizes the drop of weapons, shields, and bows, adding a layer of unpredictability to what players may encounter. The mod’s surprise factor goes further and also randomizes the appearance of items in the game.

TheTears of the Kingdommod created by Waikuteru offers around an impressive 3,000 total combinations for the weapons, shields, and bows that canZeldaplayers can find. Another feature Waikuteru has added to the mod is the chance to find fused weapons with different status values, exploring thenewTears of the Kingdomfeaturedifferently. With the mod, Link can be teleported, gain or lose Rupees within 3,000 possibilities, and get an item or weapon at random periodically.

The newZeldagame is a lot of fun, and has the potential to become even more fun when Nintendo eventually announces aTears of the KingdomDLC.
